Cymbal Acquisition Syndrome has ruined far too many lives. A wife of a drummer was overheard lamenting, “I came to the show to see my husband, but all I see is cymbals. I tried to talk to him about it in the past by appealing to his vanity but he didn’t care if anyone saw him or not. Then I tried to appeal to his sense of family but he didn’t care if the fridge was empty and the kids were hungry. They can’t eat cymbals, Greg!”
