Yeah, it happened. We can’t believe it either. So stoked to be included in the 6 year anniversary edition of ION. Thank you, Marty Haviik and everyone at ION Indie Magazine for your support.

We made it to the finals! We’ll be sharing the stage with the other finalists on Saturday, March 7th at 191 Toole. Thank you Colby Olsen Foundation for hosting a fun event full of a wide variety of Tucson talent. It’s been our pleasure to take part in this great event celebrating inclusiveness.

We had a blast in December playing at SkyBar with Noise Field and Black Medicine. Here’s some pics. (link to photo gallery)

Then When are proud to be chosen as one of the semi-finalists of the 2019 Tucson’s Got Talent event hosted by the Colby Olsen Foundation. We sorta blew the roof off the beautiful Scoundral & Scamp Theatre, but they seemed to pick up on what we were throwing down. The event was a lot of fun and put together by some really wonderful people who raise awareness about issues that affect LGBTQ Youth & Seniors in our community. We hope to see you at the semi-finals round!
We’ve added a photos page with links to galleries of live shots, behind the scenes pics, and flyers from previous and upcoming shows. Enjoy!

Then When shares the stage with Flying Half Full and Noise Field Friday, May 10 at Brodie’s Tavern, 2449 N Stone Ave. Speaking of sharing the stage…

We have something special planned with our friends Noise Field for our May 10 show at Brodie’s. Can you say, “mash up”?
We are happy to announce the launch of our website, thenwhen.net. We’ll be adding videos, songs, behind the scenes updates, events, and more soon. Take a look, poke around, and thanks for hanging out with us.

We provide this public service announcement to bring to your attention a dangerous affliction affecting thousands of drummers by highlighting the plight of our own Miguel Monroy.
Cymbal Acquisition Syndrome has ruined far too many lives. A wife of a drummer was overheard lamenting, “I came to the show to see my husband, but all I see is cymbals. I tried to talk to him about it in the past by appealing to his vanity but he didn’t care if anyone saw him or not. Then I tried to appeal to his sense of family but he didn’t care if the fridge was empty and the kids were hungry. They can’t eat cymbals, Greg!”
Warning: The information contained in the video may be particularly disturbing to spouses of drummers.
